I am a PhD student in the English department and an instructor in the First-Year English program at Lehigh University. My main areas of interest are in Gothic literature and Romantic literature, and I'm just beginning my dissertation on unwhole bodies within Gothic literature of the Romantic period. Other interests are 18th/19th century medicine, mourning/melancholia, and visual arts.
