I serve as the Director of bLUeprint and Residential Staff Development on Lehigh University's campus. bLUeprint is an intentionally sequenced learning experience for students throughout their experience at Lehigh. As students navigate their Lehigh journey, we help them discover, explore, connect and apply within 5 main areas of growth and development: Creative Curiosity, Identity Development, Collaborative Connections, Inclusive Leadership, and Professional Growth & Success. In my role, I oversee the implementation of bLUeprint in a variety of offices and initiatives that engage students on a daily basis. In addition to bLUeprint, I oversee recruitment and training of the Gryphon staff (i.e., Resident Assistants) that assists our 2500+ residential students as a part of the Office of Residence Life. I earned my MS in Student Affairs in Higher Education at Miami University of Ohio and earned my BA in Spanish and Speech Communication at Iona College.
